As part of the 'Respect the Night' film festival, the École du Goût offered an exciting workshop in which children could discover the world of flavours – without using their eyes! Exploring in the dark engages other senses such as hearing, smell, touch and, above all, taste. It was an exciting experience full of surprises in a very special setting.
In keeping with the film ‘Coco’, which is set in Mexico, we prepared delicious dips together. The children were able to create and taste tacos with herb dip, pea guacamole and beetroot dip according to their own tastes. All ingredients were sourced from certified organic farms in the region – in keeping with the sustainable focus of the Organic Week, which was organised by the Organic Association.
