Guided by a passionate chef and the team from the École du Goût, you’ll learn how to prepare a complete festive menu - simple, delicious, and full of character. Together, we’ll celebrate seasonal products and the winter flavours of our region, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our recipes are inspired by the traditions of the Christmas season, reimagined with a modern twist. Throughout the workshop, you’ll discover plenty of tips and tricks to enhance your dishes and bring out their flavours — without making things complicated. Vegetarians are warmly welcome.
All participants will receive an exclusive recipe booklet, making it easy to recreate the festive menu at home.
